tom has the honor and pleasure to be in charge of the composition of text, the page layout, the structuring of the sites and the 'rock 'n roll factor' so the project does not become too dry unless explicitly demanded. he also is the communication/correspondence 'donkey'. the grunt work of coding, where needed, also falls into his field of work </.....> during audio productions he specializes in postprod sound editing and special effects. tom has been a road musician for decades and still works as a live rock and blues performer at times. his musical profile, as well as paolo's, can be found in BLUEBRAINS.NET's audio art section, and on myspace at www.myspace.com/loendz and www.myspace.com/welfarevegas.

the two partners share (and exchange) an ennormous amount of bone-dry humor bordering on acidious sarcasm as a by-product of their 'brain activity'. What couldn't possibly be understood of frank zappa's cutting wits when he was alive and the listeners were too young - these days it is a component of their attitude towards any kind of hype.

remains the question where the name BLUEBRAINS came from? well - it sounded like a good idea at the time.
